Paul Lawler, the cheese monger at Fair Foods Farm stand, introduced me to this creamy and rich local cheese made in nearby Milford, NJ. It's an incredible cheese that also has the most interesting rind that reminds me of an inviting crumb cake.

Fun note; Paul later became an award winning cheesemaker at Cherry Grove Farm.
