From the Cheese Portraits series.

This painting is of a Trappist style cheese from the Italian Alps, but instead of washing the rind with beer, Baladin Barley Wine is poured into the milk before it's curdled. This has a great subtle beer taste that I certainly enjoyed immediately after completing this painting.
