I started painting some much larger cheese portraits, to distinguish the giants in the world of artisan cheese. I started with the BIG blue cheese, Colston Bassett Stilton. This is an incredibly creamy blue cheese and I would say it is not hard to beileve that this is considered the best stilton in the world. It's heavenly at room temperature.
