From Oakdale, California, this won 1st place in the Dutch-style category and tied 3rd place "Best of show" out of 1,685 entries at the American Cheese Society's annual conference in 2014.

It's an incredibly creamy gouda with fruity/nutty flavors that really come to life when tasted at room temperature. It was the perfect artist's model for that very reason!
