This delicious cheese, formerly known as "Ewetopia" has had a recent change of name, due to some identity crisis that might involve a larger company with the same name... It was sent to me by Ana at Dayspring Dairy so I could add the state of Alabama to my cheesemap.

It's made from a recipe from Holland, specifically designed for raw sheep's milk, aged for a minimum of 2 months and hand-painted with cream wax to keep in the moisture. The results are bliss on account of the creamy, rich sweet and nutty flavor. I love it!
