From the Foodie series.

I was glad to finally get to paint something from one of my beloved neighborhood bakeries, Ramona Susans, in Fishtown. I was commissioned to paint this subject years ago and thought it would be fun to revisit. This time, the format changed from square to long rectangle and the tiny balls of sprinkles added extra difficulty at the end of a 10 hour painting day, but I'm happy to get the additional rainbow onto the palette. I certainly didn't mind biting one to fit all three at this size. It's. part. of. the. job.
