Description: This fresh mozzarella is the only hand-made cheese I could find in Delaware and so I get that state onto my cheesemap! Made in Wilmington, DE, The Fierro family owns and operates "M. Fierro Cheese LLC" and makes their cheese as simply and naturally as possible. They were super generous to donate a lot of their delicious mozzarella to the cause! It's always a challenge to make a loaf of cheese exciting or dramatic. I decided to call in some support from the color red :)
