This Scottish blue cheese is one of the most beautiful I've tasted or seen. The challenge of this one was the moon-crator surface with subtle color shifts from off-white-gray to creamy-deep yellows. The purchase of this cheese portrait was decided immediately after having tasted the subject. It remains one of my favorite portrait experiences and among the most popular as a print.
