This cheese, from North Cadbury, Somerset, England, was referred to as "insanely delicious" by @MmeFromage. I have to agree.
The Di Bruno Bros. label description: "this cheese is from James Montgomery, washed and aged to perfection by William Oglethorpe. Done in the style of Raclette, the shield is beefy, fruity and perfectly pungent. Great on it's on or melted into the best darn grilled cheese you ever had."
