This return to Chiriboga Blue, was partially due to my admitted addiction to it. If you've not tried this cheese that is better than any cheese cake , get to it! This rich, creamy dessert-like cheese seems like the ultimate indulgance on a hazy summer day to me. I challenged myself to revisit the hazy warmer tones of smmer which isnt really the easiest to pair with such a porcelain pale subject.
