Clochette is French for "little bell" is a wonderful goat cheese that I was commissioned to paint. It was difficult to get my handso on, due to complications with the hurricane Sandy aftermath, but it finally worked out. I loved the shape and the challenge of the "brainy" surface of the rind. Goat cheese is always such a good model. I doesnt change color or ooz or slump. I love it. And of course, I love to eat it.
