This close up of a complex donut was intimate and delicous! The Blueberry Mascarpone donut portrait is from Philadelphia's beloved "Federal Donuts" and it was inspired by their kickstarter campaign to raise money and open another restaurant -Rooster Soup Co. - which will donate all profits towards feeding the hungry in Philadelphia. It's hard not to get inspired with such good will, so I donated the original one of my favorite patrons jumped on the chance to buy it while helping the hungry!
