"Beaufort", considered by some the "Prince of Gruyeres" this Alpine classic known back in the Roman times, is produced in the Beaufortain, Tarentaise and Maurienne valleys located in the Savoie region of France.

There's only a limited supply of this hand-made ornament featuring images of original cheese portrait paintings. Full color image adhered by hand to 1/8" birch wood and cut with laser cutter. Each comes ready-to-hang with satin ribbon and is hand signed by the artist. Great for the holidays or all year long.
