"Stóri Dímon" is from iceland, a country with a small population and yet a large amount of milk. M.S. Iceland Dairies, which makes most of the dairy products there, wraps this little wheel up in a nice heavy foil, fittingly like quality butter. The cheese is blue-viened and bloomy white rinded.
