As I'm blessed with so many great bakers in Philadelphia, I couldn't resist painting another bread by Chris DiPiazza, owner of The Mighty Bread Company. His delicious loaf of chocolate bread is made with organic cocoa and local honey. This is the perfect balance between sweet and savory; it's rather unsweet actually and perfect to pair with blue ch eese. Next time, I plan to do a double portrait!
