I was commissioned by the baker of this bread. He explained to me that as people jumped onto the quarantine sourdough trend, he decided to take the rye route. Using his Lost Bread Co. starter, this Danish Rye styled loaf is chock full of oats and grains. It's absolutely delicious and hearty. I would buy this on a regular basis if I could!
