This cheese portrait is of a wedge of Manchego, the most important and well-known sheep’s milk cheese in Spain.
This particularly lacy textured wedge was beautiful and I loved the translucent gradation of color as the light came through from behind this classic Spanish cheese. The print of this is extraordinary.
