Juni, of Piedmont, Italy is a strong flavorful cheese that I really love. I bought it at Di Bruno Bros. and their label says:
"A new, semifirm gem of a cheese, studded with ground juniper berry. The Addition of juniper offsets the natural milky, mushroomy cheese with a ginny tang."
