In the summer of 2012, Cooking Light Magazine commissioned a Pennsylvania cheese that was, "runny or gooey". My friend and cheese mentor, Tenaya Darlington, AKA Madame Fromage, was asked and she suggested this wonderful cheese "Nobel Road". The magazine featured her short description and an image of the painting, they now own.
