Roll: Shrimp Tempura and Spicey Sauce inside. Topped with Smoked Salmon and Avocado.

I stopped in for a great lunch at Zento in Old City, Philadelphia.
Zento has been highly regarded for quite a while and I really enjoyed the food and atmosphere.
Our server, at the end of the meal, was helpful to pack up what I saved for my studio and was interested in seeing the results. When possible, I like to email the restaurant after I translate their art into paint. I will definitely be back for more.
