This delicious sourdough loaf is incredibly delicious. The sweet-potato offered a radiant color and rosemary lifts the flavor to be light and wonderful. I dont know much about the baker at La Colombe Coffee in Fishtown, but I am so happy to have the ability to walk to a local shop where bread is baked and then walk it directly to my studio.
