The government of the United States refuses to recognize a marriage between man and dumpling. Therefore, I am left with no choice but to carry on a long and tawdry (sometimes spicy) affair with Gyoza and all dumplings really. It's kind of an "open relationship" really. Judge me as you will but I cannot turn my back on a dumpling. I can only gorge.

Japanese-style gyōza (pronounced "gee - ow - zuh" is derived from the Chinese jiaozi.
